Georgia Goury

Georgia is our Operations Director. She is a creative individual that’s passionate, very driven and well organised.

The team describe Georgia as the heart and soul of the company. She keeps us on the straight and narrow and is also Marc’s eldest daughter! ActionCOACH as a franchise, has been a part of Marc & Georgia’s life for over 17 years now and they are so grateful to have had this support. Georgia was 16 when she was first introduced to ActionCOACH, this was when Marc became a client of a fantastic ActionCOACH Kent Rhodes, with his electrical business.

ActionCOACH Essex Central has been up and running since 2015. Georgia started working with Marc as his PA at the very beginning. The business has grown exponentially from starting around the family dining room table to now having a fantastic office on the lovely grounds of The Orsett Hall, and 10 great team members that bring their own strengths to the company. We have become an award-winning business coaching firm, sitting in the AC top 20 Global coaching firms for 6 years running and being in the AC Top 5 UK firms for 4 years.

Over the years Georgia’s worked really hard up the company ladder, proudly becoming one of the company directors and now managing her own team and looking after all our clients that sit within the operations department.

Personally, Georgia’s friends and family would describe her as a very understanding and caring person, and she likes to think that she brings this side to work with her by ensuring that whoever the company comes into communication with, gets a five-star service every single time and the support they need.
